These policies are in accordance and in addition to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this web site. In addition, when you use any service on this web site (e.g. e-mail or any third party service), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service.

When purchasing items through the online store, please choose carefully as there are no refunds on change of mind.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We apologise for this, as our clearance items can not be exchangeable.

If you not happy with your purchase, for an legitimate reason Miss Rose Fashion is happy to offer an exchange.

Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments. The condition of the item must be re-sellable. Miss Rose Fashion will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used, smells or is damaged.

All colours of products and cut of design are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once Miss Rose Fashion has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a exchange is offered.

Miss Rose Fashion reserves the right to deny a exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender.

You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged under any circumstance.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through mail, as any returned items that are not received by Miss Rose Fashion business PO Box will not be issued a exchange.

We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage, VIA email only at the time of posting returned items.

Please note that before an exchange can be done, you must contact the staff Miss Rose Fashion for approval at missroasefashion@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Miss Rose Fashion. We will not issue a exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Note: When exchanging an item, you must also provide a satchel or pay for one, for use in the exchange. Unfortunately, Miss Rose Fashion does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods.

Please allow 14 business days for returns to be authorised once received, we take time to access the situation.

Miss Rose Fashion may change these terms & conditions at their discretion from time to time without notice to you. Should you not agree with such changes, you may terminate your shopping interest with Miss Rose Fashion.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect all garments prior to dispatch.

Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or not fitting on the body properly due to size choice are not considered faulty.

Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.

Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty item.

With faulty items, we will repair or replace item. If item cant be repaired or replaced, only then will refund be issued or a gift voucher to Miss Rose Fashion.

Miss Rose Fashion website shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from, arising out of: or in any way related to use of this site or any other site linked to this site, or the inability to access this site; except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Please read through our refund policy and understand our term of agreements before purchasing. If you’ve ordered from us before, and you’re wondering why you haven’t received your confirmation email as quickly as usual – there’s nothing to worry about. Our system may be taking a little longer to get the emails out than normal during busy periods. You will always receive 100% quality customer care.

Our photographs used may also have models wearing their own undergarments, jewellery, accessories and shoes. Which under no circumstance comes with the purchased garment.

Shipping Information

Goods may not be delivered on time due to circumstances, weather, strikes or any other external factors out of control of Miss Rose Fashion or Australia Post.

Deliveries can be tracked down via Australia Post’s website

Tracking is available for all domestic orders.

Delivery can take up to 14 business days to rural areas with these postal codes and 14 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Miss Rose Fashion and we will advise you if this happens where we can. Deals can occur up to 3-4 weeks, if we are ordering your garment in from Overseas, of which you will be contacted via email with your own tracking info to follow.

Orders are shipped from Canberra A.C.T. and will be delivered by Australia Post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your information.

Don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking events at first – the updates will begin once your parcel arrives. This usually happens within 5 business days.

Your order will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. As Australia Post doesn’t deliver on public holidays, you can expect your order on the next business day.

If you’re not around when delivery is attempted, you may be given a calling card telling you how you can collect your Miss Rose Fashion. Loss of parcel is not our responsibility.

You can also register with Australia Post before placing your order to take advantage of their 24/7 Parcel Lockers. Want an quicker delivery? Check out Express Delivery service. Your order will be delivered within 3 business days (2 business days for the metro postal codes mentioned here. You’ll need to place your order by noon AEST.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

LOST GOODS

Miss Rose Fashion is not held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the Australian Post.

We can however follow up an investigation and contact all relevant sources for the best outcome for you.

FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Miss Rose Fashion understands how expensive online shopping can be, so select items have free shipping.

If however items are returned back to us for exchange or refund, the payment of shipping is at the individuals cost.

Express post, is an additional charge upon the customer.

PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has not been declined, nor can we issue you the items.

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

Check the card details on your account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or you’re billing address.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment or their might be insufficient funding – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.

If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card or pay pal account.
